Waitlist

When you join the waitlist we save your email address, the version of the notice you agreed to and the time you agreed, on our server. We use it only to tell you when early access opens. Joining does not need an app account, and waitlist contact records are not public.

To ask for your email to be removed, write to aiorganicstudio@gmail.com.

Accounts and creations

Your concept setup is saved in this browser. Signed-in render records and private outputs are tied to your account.

We do not make private generated files public. Download links are short-lived and checked against the signed-in owner.

AI providers we send your input to

When you confirm a paid step, the text, choices and any photos or references you included for that step are sent to the provider that makes it:

• Videos: Higgsfield, our video generation provider.
• AI writing, images and transcription: OpenAI and Google models, reached through the Lovable AI Gateway.

Nothing is sent to these providers until you confirm on the screen that names them. Each provider handles the data under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not make any promise here about how long they keep it. Finished videos are copied into private storage on our account.

AI app support

After you agree to sharing and press Send, your support conversation is sent to OpenAI through Lovable AI. This help uses no app credits and cannot start generation or change your account. The conversation stays in memory while you move between pages, clears on account change, and is not saved as chat history.

Other services

• Sign-in: Google or Apple when you choose them, and email sign-in.
• Payments: Stripe handles card details; we never see your full card number.
• Hosting and database: Lovable Cloud stores your account and projects.
• Social posting: if you connect Instagram or TikTok, we post only what you schedule, to the account you connected.
• Advertising measurement (website only): our website uses the Meta Pixel to measure page views, sign-ups and verified purchases. The iPhone app never loads the Meta Pixel and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. For security you must have signed in within the last 10 minutes. If you have an active subscription, it is cancelled first, with no refund for the current period. If it can't be cancelled, nothing is deleted.

Deletion permanently removes your sign-in, profile, projects, storyboards, saved videos, uploaded photos and other private files, chats, credit balance and credit history, social connections and scheduled posts, and your waitlist entry. Unused credits are lost.

We keep a minimal set of billing records for tax, accounting, refund and dispute purposes: Stripe customer and subscription IDs, paid invoice amounts, dates, refunds and payment event IDs. They are tied only to an internal account number, never to your name or email. Stripe, our payment processor, keeps its own payment records under its privacy policy. Affiliate accounts with commission or payout history are closed on request by email.
