1. Download the finished MP4 from the editor and play it once to check the picture, sound and text.
2. Open Instagram or TikTok, choose Create or Upload and select that file.
3. Check your @handle, caption, cover and visibility, then publish on the platform.
4. Open the published post to confirm the video plays and the caption is correct.
